3/20 Album Preview Party & Concert
Proceeds benefit Once Upon A Time CD project

On Sunday, March 20, Jennifer Grassman will perform a special concert debuting never-before-heard songs slated for her upcoming album, Once Upon a Time. The album will be a collection of musically-told fairytales for grownups. Think Tori Amos + Melody Gardot + the soundtrack for Pan’s Labyrinth.

Songs slated for consideration on the album were inspired by classic literature, including The Brothers Grimm, C.S. Lewis’ Space Trilogy, Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray, various Agatha Christie mysteries, and even some Greek mythology. There is also a song inspired by the 1942 film, Casablanca, entitled Damsel in Distress.

Proceeds will go toward funding the CD, which will be her 4th release, and quite possibly her best yet! Jennifer plans to start recording this summer. Sponsorship packages, dedications, and raffle items will be available.
